Talking 9 to 5: Women and Men in the Workplace

Available from ChartHouse

With examples from real-life footage of workplace encounters (no role-play!), this training video uses a fast-paced TV magazine-show format to describe and illustrate women's and men's ways of talking at work, and the consequences of those patterns. Based on Tannen's book of the same name, this 26-minute video is designed to be used in a workshop setting.

A facilitator's handbook organized by topic and containing discussion questions and suggested activities accompanies the video. The video is available for purchase and rental in DVD format and is also available in a downloadable format.
